NGO “Lex Portus” (EDRPOU–Ukrainian State Registry Legal Entity Identifier 43423856) focuses on conducting scientific research and educational projects, as well as organizing mass media.

The main objectives of the NGO “Lex Portus” are:

• Consolidating creative efforts to promote the development of science and education.
• Facilitating the democratic development of Ukraine.
• Promoting and disseminating ideas of civil society.
• Conducting various scientific and educational events.
• Monitoring the economic and social situation.
• Disseminating information on current issues related to maritime and transport activities, foreign trade, and security in the Black Sea region.

NGO “Lex Portus” is registered with the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting  as an entity in the field of online media (Decision of July 27, 2023 No. 621; Extract from the Register of Entities in the Field of Media Registrants of September 6, 2023 No. 58) and operates as the publisher of the “Lex Portus” journal.
